Greener Homes Grant Application Walkthrough

1. Check your eligibility. Click here to enter the Greener Homes grant webpage. Here you can check your eligibility for the program and various grants.

2. Click here to begin your application process in the Greener Homes Portal by selecting a sign-in partner or by using a GCKey. Through the Greener Homes Portal, you can apply for a new application or access existing applications.

3. Fill out all necessary fields and preferences for your new application. The next page will ask you to select a service organization in your area to perform your pre-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation and confirm eligibility.

4. Next, you must upload proof of your primary residence such as a copy of a valid government-issued ID with the matching address.

5. Click next to complete your registration. You will receive an email within five days confirming the receipt of your application and outlining the next steps. Below is a screenshot example of the email you should receive.

NOTE: Please check your junk folder if you do not see your email within five days and mark the email “not junk.”
